How Clermont Digital came to be
It started with a conversation in a parts store. The owner needed better inventory management software, something that worked the way trade businesses actually operate. That conversation led to AERIS, our ERP platform, and eventually to Clermont Digital itself.
Emma spent years in global tech and government startup programs. Steve built digital infrastructure for big tech companies like IBM and PayPal. Together, they launched Clermont Digital to bring enterprise-level digital capability to regional Australia. Operating from an off-grid smart tiny home in Clermont, they serve clients from regional operators to interstate corporates.

The brains behind the brand. 20+ years across national fashion events, broadcast media, hackathons, startup ecosystems, and global tech. CMO for AERIS, leads strategy and marketing at Clermont Digital.
Developersteve — Development and Products
The backbone behind our builds. 30+ years across enterprise platforms at IBM and PayPal, global conference speaker, and startup mentor. CEO of AERIS, built GAUGE during an actual flood, built a video game (MysteryOS). Lives off-grid in Central Queensland.
Ellen — Project Coordinator
The details person who actually loves details. Medical background, horse expertise, founder of Redmare.com.au. Keeps projects running smoothly with clinical attention to detail.
